Please God, let the person who needs to see this, see it and change the fact that I have to go here!

Unprofessional, lazy, rude and after my appointment I was givin ibuprofen for something I needed surgery for. Now I have to wait 2 months for another appointment just the schedule a referral!

Edit: back for my second appointment and there are zero clerks working. I have to be here 15 minutes early but they can be late…? Gatchu.

I dont even know where to begin to explain how garbage this place is. Nancy Duncan has got to be the most idiotic nurse practitioner I’ve ever met… she does NOT need to be working in the medical field whatsoever. She’s extremely dismissive and doesn’t listen to any of your concerns. Even some of the other doctors/nurses I have seen there have talked about her being useless. Appointments with her are a big waste of your time. They need get that stupid lady out of there and get someone who actually cares about helping people.

The pharmacy… wow.. has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to also. The wait times are extremely ridiculous… even though the “wait time” on the screen says 15 minutes you have to wait 35 just to talk to someone then another 40 minutes just for them to tell you they’re out of the meds you need.

The level of laziness and carelessness in this place is Insane. I absolutely hate coming here for anything. Whoever is in charge needs to read these reviews and make some changes… I’m clearly not the only one that sees the apparent flaws with this place. GET RID OF NANCY DUNCAN.

First off, if I could rate the pharmacy with zero stars I would do so. Looking at some of these posted reviews that go back months and even years shows several things. First it shows no one is reading these reviews. Next if these reviews are being reviewed it indicates no action is being taken to correct issues.
The pharmacy always claims they are understaffed. That's a lie. Thete are people in that area bumping into each other. There are two windows that are occupied and after watching the people at those windows it's disgusting. It's usually the same two people at these windows. Rarely do they call a patient's number that's waiting and much of the time they're texting or playing on their cell phones. Slow doesn't even begin to describe the people. I've seen civilian pharmacies staffed with much fewer move a hell of a lot faster. When patients have received calls that their prescriptions are ready, why are they waiting for more than an hour to be called? I'm speaking from experience.
Throughout this clinic there's undeniable racial prejudice. I'm bi-racial and truth be told if a patient is Caucasian or Asian you know what I mean. Action speaks louder than words. The truth is what it is and I'll make no apologies for that. It's not a matter of opinion. It however is a statement of fact. If one or two races are given preferential treatment by anyone they don't need to be in their position. Being retired it makes me extremely happy that I don't have to visit this place very often. Now I'm trying to avoid this place totally after witnessing this disgusting behavior over an extended period of time. I would rather pay a copay at a civilian pharmacy. Believe me I know of many who flatly refuse to use this place. Employees are there to do their jobs. They're not there to act like they're doing me a favor by simply doing their jobs. This place needs to be torn apart and put back together. This place is a disgrace to the military. And some employees are to say the least are disgusting. This place is worse than bad.

Just wanted to share mine and my daughter’s wonderful experience this week. We both did x rays with Sheryl from Radiology on two different days. She was very kind, courteous and helpful. She was quick and gave us good directions and explanations about what to expect. She was positive and made a good impression even on family members she wasn’t treating but were accompanying us. She was diligent about protecting our privacy and wished us well health on our way from our experiences. Our care was consistent in terms of quality and duty. We appreciate her positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I look forward to having her help our family with our care in the future!

The Pharmacy inside is not efficient. Long wait times. Expect to be there over an hour. Active duty Soldiers sleeping waiting to be called up for prescription. During COVID shut down, drive up was quick and efficient. Recommend leadership reevaluate resources to support this pharmacy.

Have an urgent question to ask? Family or children sick? Needing rapid advice or help? Look no further! This clinic will not answer your call or even look you in the eye in person, shut the blinders down in your face, and even send you to someone else to avoid doing their own work if it's nearly 30 mins till their lunch break! Excellent avoidance of responsibility and lack of morals and work ethic! HOOAH!!!

I’ve had very good experiences at this clinic. Dr.Mann is a very kind and sincere provider. I’ve been to the lab here a few times and every med lab technician, especially Ms. Felicia, has been very efficient and considerate. Pharmacy can be very busy at times but overall staff at this location are great.

Jessica Helman RN with the island team is amazing. She advocated for me to squeeze into a same day appointment time and was so calm when I was a little panicky about getting in in a timely manner. I appreciate her and her calm professional attitude!
