I would like to start off with Ayanna McNeil is great! I am so thankful for her services and support. She has helped me through transitions, relationships, work, trauma, etc. Unfortunately, my issue with the company is the receptionist. She does not have a friendly tone and is very short when it comes to asking questions. The most recent encounter was last week when I tried to schedule an appointment. She stated that I needed a new prior authorization. I had never heard of this and when I began services in 2023 the billing coordinator assisted with this process. This particular time, the receptionist stated, "Well, we don't handle that here so you'll have to do whatever you did the first time". I was actually shocked at the response, but I knew I needed to speak to Ayanna so I proceeded to contact my insurance. My insurance stated that the company needed to request this and he was willing to go over the process by waiting on the call with me. I attempted to call back 6 times and I did not receive an answer or a call back. Due to the lack of professionalism and poor tone and service from the receptionist, I have had to move on with services.

When we did my consultation, she was 18 minutes late. For a company with a strict late/no show policy. You expect this from your patients but not staff. My official first session and my therapist McNeil, not a doctor in my eyes, very unprofessionally No call/No shows. She didn’t even email me. She TEXT me Sunday morning asking if I would like to have a session same day. What’s the point in scheduling the appointment?
-I do not recommend. Now seeing that she has two negative reviews. I wish I wouldn’t have taken her. Thank God I was not having a mental meltdown. This is a serious profession. I expect to be treated as such. If you can’t take your job seriously. Find something else.

Very professional and understanding staff who are also very nice. They will go above and beyond to meet your needs and to accommodate for your lifestyle. I see Janice and my children see Ayanna and I cant find anything bad to say about either of them. My girls look forward to there sessions as well as I do. They have created a bond with Ayanna so strong that they look to her almost as a big sister and open up to her very well. Highly recommend both of them!

Well where do I start. Ms. McNeil is AWESOME!!! She literally saved my relationship and now I am 6 months married. She will take the time needed to find out the root of your problems and fix that. Even though she is kind, she is through. She makes you accountable for your actions and doesn't let you pass the blame. Thank you Ayanna McNeil for EVERYTHING you have done!!!!! My wife and I will forever be grateful for you....

Ive been to many therapy appointments but this place is by far the best. Lets start off with the receptionist, shes always friendly and is on top of her stuff.. Everytime I come in person, she greets me and offers me coffee or a snack while I wait.

When I went in to my therapy appointment with Dr. Foster, the room is very calming and the aura makes me feel comfortable. Dr Foster is an amazing, caring doctor and im very glad to have found this place!

Ayanna McNeil has been immensely helpful to my young son. He built rapport with her easily because of her patience and warmth. She is also very easy to communicate with- very accessible and always answers my questions. Highly recommend!

MS. DEANA TUCKER IS AWESOME !!!! I've been seeing Ms. Deana Tucker for the past two years. The impact she has had on my life is very difficult to put into words. Deana has helped me figure out who I am, and what I want, and also how to set appropriate boundaries with others. I've discovered so much about myself, and as a result I've made changes that have helped me maintain balance and a calm.

The level of availability is an aspect of her counseling I must mention. There have been times I have been in a very dark place, and she always calls back and has provided support via phone. There aren't enough thank you's I could give for what counseling with Ms. Tucker has done for my life.

The people and overall environment are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend seeking out counseling services here, whether life is going great or you are experiencing challenges. The physical environment here is safe, non-judgmental, and relaxing. I look forward to my appointments, and it's actually the highlight of my week or month.

I've referred a few friends to Ms. Tucker and they absolutely love her.
