I’d give them a higher rating than five stars if I could! On vacation with my family and staying at the hard rock Hotel, I needed to find a walk-in clinic or something, or even head to the emergency room, and so incredibly grateful that I found this office. From the first phone call, I was treated timely, kindly, professionally, and just so impressed with everyone there. I’m so grateful for the two beautiful women working in the front office/nurse. I had Dr. Silva treating me. The care and follow up I received was second to none. They had sent me downstairs to do imaging, so I spent most of the day there between getting two different ultrasounds done. I received a call that evening, well after traditional hours on a Friday night, to give me an update on the results of that. And then the next day on Saturday, the Doctor herself called again to go over everything and to see how I was doing.

While on vacation with my family, we were in need of a doctor. I asked the front desk of our hotel and they recommend The Medical Concierge. I called and spoke with the nurse who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The doctor was in our hotel room within a matter of 90 minutes, equipped with antibiotics. Doctor Naughtin was thorough, informative and compassionate. I will absolutely use The Medical Concierge for all our future need while vacationing in Orlando.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’m a pediatric nurse. I knew my daughter had an ear infection while we were at Disney (on property). I knew it would be expensive, but I chose that for convenience. They were in my room within an hour of my call - had the antibiotics and was able to start right then and there. Friendly doctor, service provided exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

I received excellent care from Dr. Rosen and the entire team here! My vacation at Universal was interrupted by a nasty cold and then I developed pink eye. The team efficiently scheduled me for an appointment the same morning I called, and Dr. Rosen was both thorough and compassionate while assessing and diagnosing me. They were also able to give me eye drops for my pink eye on sight so I didn’t need to Uber to a pharmacy! I was extremely impressed (and relieved) that I was so well taken care of when so far from home. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience with this progressive and caring family oriented company.
The management & staff were very attentive to my needs, ensured that I was taken care of and followed up within a few days to see if I needed additional care. I highly recommend this company for any of your medics needs. It’s well managed and have a clear vision for their patients and customers!

Since I can’t respond to my original review, I’ll post another one star. I was never notified of anything going on. I had to call you and figure out why a doctor couldn’t keep his schedule. Not only that the doctor was 20 minutes away but didn’t know how long he’d be there. He may have decided to stop for lunch who knows. All I got was excuses and you know what they say about excuses. Besides you were just rude on the phone call. You also couldn’t provide any information to me. I’m sure you’ll have something clever to say again. Just know I’ll respond back with another 1 star and watch your ratings go down every time. Obviously from all the other reviews you have you are a joke of a clinic anyways.

We paid $319 for a doctor to come to our room as our one year old had a fever and a terrible cough and congestion while we were on vacation, we couldn’t understand the doctor and things were not explained thoroughly. I was under the impression everything was included in the base cost other than medication..tests were $45 each in addition to the $319. She ended up guessing that it was RSV and when I mentioned his nasty barky cough she said oh yes maybe it’s croup and prescribed him a steroid , that we never received because she said it would be delivered to the front desk without further explanation, but once again I couldn’t understand much of what she said. We came home a day later and as soon as we landed took our son to our local walk in clinic where we were told he had a nasty ear infection “that had been there for a while” we were prescribed antibiotics and he was feeling better and fever free within 24hrs. Wouldn’t recommend. It’s convenient but not worth the cost and headache.

I was severe ear pain throughout the evening and was waiting for an urgent care to open. I got a hold of someone around 7:50 and had a an appointment scheduled same day at 8:30. Office was super easy to find, everyone was so friendly! From the nurse that checked in me, to getting my vitals done, and the doctor. Everyone I encountered here was so welcoming and friendly. Turns out I had a double ear infection, she was able to give me some medicine for the pain and antibiotics that I was able to purchase in office. I don’t have insurance and I think the visit and medication were fairly priced.
