Great staff, aesthetically pleasing office, and great doctors. Ms. Tatiana is amazing and helped me a lot in getting appointment scheduled for my mother. I did not have time to go into the office to get my mother's new patient registration done, she personally helped take care of all that process office and get the appointment scheduled. I really appreciate all the help and professionalism.

The office is very aesthetically pleasing. One of the providers Lauren Brewington is very knowledgeable and takes action regarding your health concerns. The front desk staff are very nice, everyone seems to work well together. They have worked to get me my appointments and diagnostic testing as quickly as possible. I took one star due to the lack of my referral not being sent to a provider but other than they they have been pretty good so far.

Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Lauren Brewington, MD is one of the BEST doctors I have met in a long time. She treats me and my husband. She is compassionate, takes time to talk with you and answers questions. So glad they brought her on board!

Very very disappointed. Not going back to this facility again. Cancelled all my wife and mine upcoming appointments. They just know how to bill the insurance and get the money out of them. Anybody can do a blood test, and we can also read the results. Following up with the patiwnt is what is important whivh is very much lacking with this facility except the fact that they will remind you about appointments and try to set appoinyments as much as they can . We need good doctor , good primary doctor who will think and care about the patient and care will be priority not appointments, not just imaging test . They are very good in just trying to put patients in different kind of test. The office looks good but the service is below average.

My husband and I have been going to Sugarloaf Medical for 10 years under Dr. Makhlouf. And we are still very satisfied with the care and the staff. He truly cares about your wellbeing. If you have any sign of a problem, he will do tests and analysis to get to the root cause. Truly believes in preventive measures. It has been great to see him grow and expand over the years. Even with his growth, he still provides the same great care. They have maintained a great environment and courteous front desk staff and nurses over the years. Highly recommended.

I’m really happy that I chose Sugarloaf Medical for my primary care needs. The staff are amazing. The aesthetic of the office has a very calm vibe. I’ve never had to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes to get called to see a doctor. My experience so far has been nothing but positive.

Have been to the office many times; always a good experience. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. It does take some planning o get an appointment with your regular doctor as the providers are usually well filled up ahead of time. This shows that they are well liked and consistently reliable above average doctors.
