I just had my new patient visit on 04/07 to establish care. I never leave reviews unless the service I receive is unacceptable... however, I received the BEST care yesterday at my appointment!! I only waited at most 20 mins for them to call me back. I absolutely loved my provider, Savannah! She made sure to listen to my concerns & was very transparent & empathetic. I haven't felt this comfortable with a provider in years, so thank you Star Medical team, I appreciate you!

I’ve gone here for years, even since they were a start up clinic at another building. It has always been clean, fast and the only doctor I’ve ever been to that will actually listen to my concerns and health needs. I’m never brushed off and ignored or have my weight be an excuse. I get thorough testing, explanations and any medical information needed about my condition. Amanda in particular is my favorite provider to see, and the nursing staff is always sweet and active. Even when bringing my kids for emergency visits they are seen with attentiveness and care.

Was recently in need to be seen for an issue I was having. We haven't lived here very long....and my hubby suggested this practice. We first went in and it was packed. Let me tell you...for the amount of people in there..... I was impressed. Not long of a wait....everyone was attentive and proficient ...and we found a gem.

Star Medical is a fantastic place to come for your primary care needs and also urgent needs. The front desk staff is very professional and friendly. The wait is nothing compared to other doctors offices/urgent cares that I’ve been to in the past. The medical assistants get you called back in a timely manner and are in the room to triage you in mins. The doctors are very thorough and listen to your needs and offer the best treatment plans. Since making this my primary care office over 3 years ago, I’ve seen so much growth. The office staff from the owner to the phlebotomist are hands down the best in town. If you’re looking for a primary doctor or you’re just in need of urgent care, Star Medical Clinic is hands down my recommendation. I’d give them 1,000 stars if I could.

If you get the TB test, insist on getting an appointment for the reading. I asked 3 times and was told I didn't need an appointment. Of course on Tuesday I'm waiting for over an hour...

No masks for patients, and the waiting room is full of sick people. I suggest getting your own mask. Really regretting not being more firm about an appointment. I'm hoping I'm here before my window expires.

Pros: generous hours, accepts walk-ins. Staff gave me adequate attention for my concern.

Cons: I wasn't able to get contact via phone. No masks. I worry about hipaa from my first visit.

The staff was extremely kind and understanding! It went by fast even though they were VERY busy and the PA Emma was a pleasure to have as my nurse. She was attentive to what I needed and felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely wanted to help me as a patient. Which is hard to find sometimes. Would absolutely see them again in the future, if I need a good urgent care.

All of the providers and staff at this clinic treat their patients with the upmost care and compassion. They take the time to listen to you, go above and beyond to do what needs to be done and make you feel like family. I highly recommend this clinic to provide exceptional care in compassion to you and your loved ones.

I have been a patient at Star Medical Clinic for awhile, until today when I was shocked with no care for the patients and the custome service is out the window! I drive over 1hr and 15 minutes to be a loyal customer to this business! No More! I would not bring my dog back to this location and the CEO, Kevin should not be allowed to speak to any customer. My kids and I arrived early to our appointment scheduled at 9:15. I watched the time continue to go by and other customers continue to walk in and be seen while my kids and I just sat in the waiting area never being told anything. As I go to see what is going on I get told rudely by the CEO, Kevin I can go somewhere else if I don't like it! All the while they could of just told me my daughters insurance was the problem. Instead you take my son and I off the list let us sit there and never say a word and see other patients and be rude? Run your business alone because I won't be back and I will let everyone I know how you treat families! Kevin is a terrible, rude, with no customer appreciation! This used to be an awesome place to seek medical care, but I would not recommend visiting Star Medical Care unless you want to be treated like a dog!
