Sent my mother and I am glad they were honest with her. They said the repair was something that they clearly could do but instead suggested her to buy a new iPad for the money. Way to go SPM. Nice to see some integrity in a small business.

I had an issue with my cell phone that repeatedly during a phone conversation the party I was speaking with could not hear me. It occurred during each conversation. It was terribly frustrating. I visited my cell phone provider and of course they immediately wanted to sell a new phone to me. So I went to the “Medic” and he suggested a microphone replacement. Issue is solved! This saved a bundle of money. Excellent and friendly service. Thank you!!! I would give you 10 stars if I could!

I wasn’t gonna do this but the more I think about it the more pissed I get. So I took my phone to get repaired and they fixed it and everything was fine. While I was out of town my phone started to act up again. I had to press on the back of my phone for the screen light to turn on. I took it back to them and they said it was a faulty screen and would have to order more. I waited almost a week and they got more screens in and then said it wasn’t the screen is was a cable on the back of the phone and they would have to order that part too. Now I had to press harder on the back of my phone for it to work. Took it back a week later and they said there was nothing they could do and now I couldn’t get my screen to work at all. Every time I took my phone there it would work less and less until now it doesn’t work at all. I had so many contacts and photos on that phone that are now lost. They returned my $165 but still. They were more like phone destroyers instead of phone medics. I waited like 2 weeks just for my phone to be completely shot. Not a good experience.
