My iPad screen was shattered. They fixed it quickly and very reasonable price. The drive-through convenience was perfect. They even gave me helpful tips on new cases to prevent it from breaking again. As much as I hope I won’t need to go back for any device repairs, I know if I do I will be going here!

I broke my charger port off inside of my iPhone 13 Pro Max and tried everything but still could not get it out. I went to Smart Phone Medic the Garners Ferry Location and He Fixed My Problem In Maybe 10 mins or less. I was able to sit in the drive thru without getting out and the guy who assist me was very pleasant and polite throughout. If you need your phone fixed I highly recommending going to see them! 10/10 experience!!

Drove 30 min to this location because of the great reviews. Everyone was right! Andrea was so friendly!! It took 20 min for her to fix my daughter’s cracked phone screen and she was able to save/reuse the screen protector. Great customer service!!!
