I just came in to the best most amazing place. You can do so much for the wellness of your life. The staff of absolutely incredible and I can not wait to come back. The place is amazingly future tech cool and fun. Jump into the cryo therapy and feel invigorated in less than 5 minutes. Love this place and you have to try it out

From the moment I walked in, the staff’s enthusiasm for wellness and their eagerness to educate clients were evident. They took the time to explain each service and its benefits, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit.

The range of cutting-edge services offered is truly remarkable. I experienced their Whole Body Cryotherapy, which involved submerging my entire body in sub-zero temperatures for up to 3 minutes. This therapy is known to boost mood, energy, and sleep, relieve pain and swelling, and promote healing and athletic recovery. Restore was amazing! They have a really great sauna that gets super hot but you can control it. The team was so friendly, fun and informative. They felt like family right away which is so great for a place you visit frequently. It's a great one stop shop for so many wellness services.

I'll start by saying the staff was amazing there and this review is in no way reflective of their service.

We booked the first appointment of the day and the sauna was not up to temp. By the time we went in it was about 130 degrees, 45 min later it was only at 143 degrees, pretty far off of the expected 175. Ideally we would have spent 20 min at 175.
The onboarding process could have been a bit smoother with docs pre sent and signed and a tele med screen completed.

A fair amount of time was consumed in administrative work instead of treatment.

So grateful for this location! Accessible - so easy to get to by walking or driving. Easy parking. Friendly staff, always easy to reserve services, plus a clean and pleasant space. I love being a member — I can choose sauna, red light therapy, cryotherapy, compression and/or IV according to what I need. I love combining my visits with other services in the complex for a complete spa day! It’s great.
