Rainbow STEP es un centro de terapia de ABA excelente desde sus empledos,terapista y supervisora. En tan solo 6 meses mi niño es otro a aprendido tanto desde los colores, numeros ,Abecedario entre otras cosas. Recomendados al 100%.

The reviews for this center are very mixed. But as you all know I will give it to you straight.

I was placed on the waiting list after my initial contact. This lasted for about three months. I wanted the 2-6pm slot for my son so that he could have school in the am.

A slot was set to be opened. I received an email with a packet to Sighn from Sara Martin. And then two days later they scheduled a zoom meeting with Sydney the BCBA. Sydney was very attentive and asked the right questions about my son's care. Then told me what the next steps were. She gave me all of her contact information and phone number and begged me to reach out should I have any more questions about my child's care. (I loved that)

Next step: in clinic assessment.
When my husband and I walked in we were treated by a pretty front desk receptionist wearing scrubs and the place smelled like disinfectant. We looked at each and smiled. For a moment you couldn't tell we were going through a divorce. There was a twinkle in our eyes. But the feelings were for the center. The therapist who was doing the evaluation came out (Erika) and introduced herself and my son grabbed her hand and they left through the child gates. I loved that there was no big door shutting him off from the world. The place did not feel like a prison! Yay

The front area was spacious even though it is an older building the inside looks brand new.

Overall I enjoyed the vibe and everyone I met through this process. For the first time I think I felt comfortable with myself as a mother. This is my third ABA center. And every time I just feel like I'm bringing my sick kid for someone to watch. But this time I felt seen because they asked me the right questions. I see diversity in the staff and it feels medical without it feeling like I have to cry if they ask me if he can brush his teeth on his own. He is non verbal he can't talk they didn't ask me questions like 'can he talk" just cause "they have to ask" it's on a sheet. They allowed me to lead the native about my son and that was different. Everyone who has an autistic child understands this.

Overall a great experience. I cannot wait for my son to start. I am dreading the Kroger 6pm traffic that will come with it and the fight to make the appropriate turn on Steve reynolds. But I think it's worth it.

We’ve been with Rainbow Steps for a few years now and can’t believe all of the progress that we continue to see. The therapists are amazing and put their heart and soul into helping children. My daughter has gained so much independence and confidence thanks to Rainbow Steps and the wonderfully amazing therapists they have. The staff as a whole is great, they really care and that has made all the difference for our family, especially my daughter. Thank you Rainbow Steps!
