Dr Carameros is a wonderful nurse practitioner. I would see him everytime if they took my insurance. He is the most caring and helpful medical professional that I have seen since my move to Florida 6 yrs ago . Tm

I love everyone there Jeffrey is the most caring person. He makes sure that everything is done properly and if there is something new or anything he can offer his help with he would be glad to do. Carol is a sweet lady that works very hard to make sure patients get what they need and she is very personable as well. Thumbs up for Rainbow River!!

What a wonderful place to go! Dr Jeff is the best! Not only do they take care of my medical needs they have been there for me through several tragedies in my life. Carol is wonderful, witty and kind and if you wanna doctors office that genuinely cares about their patients, this is the place. Love, rainbow River medical.

Understaffed, jealous wife, violation of Hippa rights, Dr Jeffery Carameros would talk about inappropriate information about other patients. His wife would just walk in on my appointments as well as my sister's. Office was always closing causing patients to go without medications. They are allowed to call out but if you miss appointments due to our own personal or health reasons it's frowned upon. Carol is very rude and she gets loud with patients. DR Jeffery Carameros is not who he claims to be, his wife is not a nurse and she is very rude and nasty as well. A complaint has been filed. They schedule separate appointments for everything so they can get paid more. My insurance company told me that I didn't need separate appointments for med refills, referrals or follow-up appointments. They can be done in one office visit. I am very disappointed because at one time he was a great doctor, well he isn't even a doctor.

Worst place ever my son was in a motorcycle accident needed wound care they denied him and I took care of all his wound care. I called and I was asked at that time I need to make an appointment they already denied him care, and I was already taken care of it, but he hurt his ankle and was told in the hospital it was a sprain, now there’s bigger problems. Then they tell me he hasn’t been there in 2 yrs he was discharged from them but they are his assigned dr. Now why would you go to the Dr if you aren’t sick or hurt? These people are merely out for money. They do not care about their patients at all. I would not trust them with anything human animal anything they are the worst office I have ever been in now I have to fight with insurance and probably wait a month before I can get a different doctor assigned to my son. I know of other patients of Rainbow River medical and trust me they’ll be finding other doctors now too don’t trust these people because they don’t care about you, and all they want is your money. SHAME ON YOU! Zero stars

I've never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is friendly, and accommodating. Jeff is, by far the most comfortable I've ever been with a doctor. He treats people like humans, not patients. I love this facility.

I have a lot of gratitude for Jeff and his staff. My recent bout with COVID-19 would have ended in a hospital stay or worse if it weren't for the RX's Jeff was able to prescribe for me.

After many years of a disabling health issue that was overlooked by other medical professionals, Jeff was able to identify the problem by performing a slew of tests. As a result, I was recently informed that I was approved for life changing treatment. I am on top of the world with the hope of a new lease on life.

Times are hard and even medical offices are suffering due to COVID, various stressors, lack of good help and insurance reimbursements. That said, Rainbow River Medical does its best to stay above water and serve the community to the best of their ability. Thank you, and may there be better days ahead for us all.
