Update: it’s 16 July 2024 and my mother still has not received her Boost!!! According to Debbie if it’s not received by the 5th of ever month it’s late!! It’s useless calling, the owner is NEVER available!

RIDICULOUS…Not consistent with orders or the accuracy of orders. Communication is absolutely horrible! Not sure how they got a government contract! My mom NEVER receives her supplies on time…NEVER!!! Nothing is ever on time…there is ALWAYS an excuse. If I could give NO stars that would be too many

Debbie is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She jumps to conclusions before finding out all the facts. Has no idea what is going on on the other side of things and instead of seeking understanding, she just goes to tear you down. Someone like this has no business dealing with the public. Part of being in management is knowing how to deal with upset customers. This is a skill she clearly lacks. Your business will suffer as long as she is there.

Claimed medicaid will not provide patient with equipment for surgery if I already have electric wheelchair . When they decided not to help me, they proceeded to contact my doctor and surgery is postponed. I contacted medicaid and my insurance company and there is no set rule for this with medicaid. If the company wouldn't help me they had no right to interfere with my treatment.
The company never follows through. It takes forever to get replacement batteries for wheel chair and the new batteries wouldn't charge fully on both replacement batteries.
Buyer beware.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Debbie is unprofessional and needs a serious lesson on customer service. She has no compassion for others and is one of the most cold hearted people I have ever had to deal with. Please do not do business with these people. You will be sorely disappointed in the lack of care that they seem to have for their customers. Especially DEBBIE!

This was an extremely upsetting experience! First, I was advised my order would be ready for my birthday. Then of course I was told "she thought" I meant getting sized by my birthday not actually having my items. Then she states "the order will be in at the end of the week", of course IT WASN'T! So after already having gone through so much with them receiving my paperwork from Dr. Beatty's office and being not receiving my items by the expected date, when it did come in IT WAS WRONG! Okay things happen already missed several occasions I was hoping to have my order in for. We have to reorder, but she said she was trying to help me find something that I could walk out with today. So after finally settling on something, she at the last minute informs me there was a charge. At no point through any of this was I ever made aware my insurance wouldn't cover it. Her response was "I didn't realize what insurance you had". REALLY? But I'm sure she realized it when she coded it and was seeking payment for it. It was very upsetting! Expecting to have your prosthesis and finding out you can't get them! Very unconcerned with me as a customer. Nikki, YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER!

Bought a lift chair 6 years ago. Worked fine for a year...then stopped. Called company, they had a part sent. Told us to change it out. If no result, call them. No result, we called. They ordered the touch pad. Called us to pick it up. If this didn’t work, they would schedule a service call, but we would be charged. Replaced it with new one...no result. Called today to see what could be done and, bottom line...company that makes the chairs has gone out of business and there is nothing they can do. I asked for someone to come out and check it out and was told BY THE OWNER that they would charge $100 just for them to look at it. I understand the company is out of business, but the “shrug of the shoulder - not my problem” attitude was offensive and unprofessional. As expensive as medical equipment is, this is an unacceptable response to me.
If you’re looking for a company to take care of the customer - this one is not it! We will not recommend them to anyone based on the lack of service we received, not only today, but the 6 years since we purchased a defective product.

I went to this in July of 2017 to get a TENS machine that my doctor prescribed. I provided the store with the prescription for the machine and my insurance company had already provided pre-authorization for my unit. The store explained that my doctor needed to provide additional paperwork. My doctor faxed them the information immediately in July. They said they would call me and let me know the status. After that I waited 30 days and had to contact them to ask about picking up the machine. They stated that they did not get the information my doctor. I called the doctor's office from the store and the doctor's office told me and them on speaker that they would faxing it over. I asked them to call me a let me know the status. I again waited 30 days and heard nothing from them (this being September now). I went back to the store in October and I asked them about the status. They again stated they did not get the fax. Of course, they have not called me ONE time to let me know what was going on. Again, the same cycle (doctor faxed again....never received phone call). I stopped by my doctor's office and actually got a copy of the reports they needed. I went back to the store in December and they told me "your prescription expired because it was only good for 30 days and you will need to get a new one". Over this entire time frame (July to December after coming by the store 3 times, they NEVER told me that the prescription was only good for 30 days and they knew that it expired in August. After trying to work with them begging them to sell me a product, which my insurance had already approved, they never attempted to contact me. I had to do the footwork to contact them. One would think with this economy that stores would work hard to sell you something. Every clerk in this store told me they would contact me and simply just did not care. I am so disappointed and my doctor's office has told me they would never refer a patient to this store again. It is extremely disappointing because I need my TENS machine and I am the one suffering and they could care less. Be careful if you need something to help you not suffer, this store is not to buy it at.
