From the moment I left my first visit with Dr. Christian, I firmly stated to my friends and family that I knew I had found the doctor who would finally fix my lower back and hip pain. I had just returned from a trip to California and my lower back completely went out. If he wasn’t actively doing the exercise with me, he was counting, and making changes to form so that the exercise was working the correct muscle group. I could see I was going to get over that hump finally because Dr. Christian was addressing every muscle group that contributes to my areas of pain. Those areas have gone from points of pain to points of strength. And my mobility has increased allowing me to be active again!
