My son and I have both used PerformaX Physical Therapy to recover from injury. My son was experiencing knee pain and I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Both my son and I are in martial arts, and are active athletic people. My son has his black belt test coming up and he needs to be in top shape for the testing. Dr Alex Luu treated him and directed his program to great positive effect. He is back to 100% for his test coming up. Likewise Dr Alex was able to help me resolve my pinched nerve, and in the process uncovered a chronic issue that I will now be able to mindful of going forward. I highly recommend PerformaX especially if you are an athlete.

I had a fabulous experience at PerformaX. My physiotherapist Chris was a complete professional - very encouraging, knowledgeable, and empathetic and personable. I broke my ankle and Chris worked on my ankle at each visit to improve my mobility and provided me with exercises to complete in the clinic and at home. The app that contains all the exercises and the ability to message with Chris was very helpful. Overall, this facility is cutting edge and has wonderful customer service.

Shout out to Jeremy and Eli who were excellent at advising me on completing my exercises in good form.

I had never needed physical therapy before, and when I tore 3 ligaments in my ankle I was at a loss of where to begin searching for one. I'm so glad I found Performax and, more importantly, worked with Justin over the course of a year to regain my strength and mobility. Justin is immensely kind and answered all of my dumb and repetitive questions with positivity. He made sure to explain the benefits of each exercise and how it would improve my specific injury. Even on our first visit he was able to pull up a diagram of the ankle's bones and ligaments to better explain my injury and why related muscles up my calf would be affected. To say I would recommend his care would be an understatement, he's outstanding and if I ever need a PT again I will look to him first! The rest of the office staff were also welcoming, I love that they have a tradition of ringing a bell when clients reach a PT milestone. Overall - can't recommend enough!

I had rotator cuff surgery in August 2024, and I just rang the bell today, seven months and 50 appointments later! I'm SO pleased with my experience here. I started out in an immobility sling for six weeks. So we started from full pain, zero movement, and today I can serve a volleyball! My Doctor was Chris Robles, and he was just wonderful. He was calm and steady and easy to talk with and ask questions of during our sessions. He always made sure I had answers to my questions. I even teared up a few times in frustration, and he encouraged me and supported me. We started off where I couldn't move at all, so he did all of the arm moving and was gentle and respectful of such an intense surgery. My goal was to serve a volleyball, and he tailored my later workouts/stretches with that in mind, even having me do exercises with the volleyball in the end.

The facility is clean and very easy to schedule appointments. I worked with four different techs, who run through the exercises with you after you stretch with the doctor. They were always positive, upbeat, and kind.

I have been to other physical therapy places, and I"m so glad that I picked PerformaX instead of the other places. I genuinely don't think the other places could have gotten me to where I am today. I feel very grateful that I had Chris and would highly recommend PerformaX! 🙂
