I’ve been a client since Dec 2022 and I have seen vast improvement in my personal health. I see mostly Dr. Sarah but I’ve had a few appointments with Dr. Teegan too! Both are so great and professional. They take time to listen and understand.

Dr. Sarah is great about helping me regulate changes. (I sometimes want to change all the things at once and she advocates for changes that are sustainable). Acupuncture has become the highlight of my self-care routine.

My hormones are becoming balanced for the first time in over 15 years, my long-Covid symptoms are gone, I have more energy, clearer skin, etc. I used to get tension migraines 2-3 times a month and I haven’t had one in over 3 months. I’ve been on the SHAPE program with them since March 26th and have been slowly detoxing, inflammation has significantly decreased in my body and I’ve lost over 75 pounds.

I love how they are open and honest about their prices and they are great about working with budgets and prioritizing supplements and treatments to maximize deep healing.
