Dr Esther has been my pcp since 2016, and I am so glad I made the move when I did. The staff is friendly and very professional. Dr Esther is very professional, knowledgeable and the other think I love the most is the fact that she listens. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and she seem genuinely interested in finding a solution to the problem. Keep up the good work!

I have been a patient at this practice for three years and received nothing but great service Dr. Esther is the most excellent doctor I know, she is the only provider that will call you on her off day to make sure you received all your medicine. Her staff is so professional and proficient. Her office manager Ms. Porchea is the best she's always working over time for patient. Thank you guys for all you do.

Neighborhood Medical Associates Primary Care has the best customer service I have ever received in a medical environment. The Np is very detail oriented and showed genuine care and concern to my particular medical needs. I was in search of a second opinion when I was referred to her and she was able to place me on a treatment plan that resolved my medical issues. Every time I go for my follow ups, there is no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision switching over to her as my primary care physician.

Only reason I gave 1 star was to be able to writer this review. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE if you have a medical condition that requires medicine, the physician will not send you refills if you don't see her they don't call you to let you know that she wants to see you they don't schedule your future appointments before you leave the office so that you know the next time she wants to see you. She will not refill my blood pressure meds because I can't take off of work on short notice too come in within the next 2 weeks I asked them to give me a month so that I may request the time off but the physician denied my request and told me to get a new MD if I don't like her rules! Not to mention they are only open 2 days a week half days. The worst office I ever been to!

Amazing establishment filled with very friendly, professional, and compassionate staff. I wish I would have found Neighborhood Medical Associates sooner. The physician was not only very knowledgeable but also very human. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She didn’t rush me and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this place!

I love the entire staff, they are my family. Esther(my doc) listens and takes time with you. Her staff is very caring, professional and we laugh alot. I leave the office feeling better than when I went in.

I visited this office for a physical. My copay is listed as $25 but yet the front desk told me my copay was $75 because that is what her system was telling her. I explained to her that she was incorrect but eventually ended up paying it and calling my insurance company once I got home. Fast forward a week, my results from my blood work and urine came in but I was told that I could come in and pick up my $50 refund (because her system was WRONG) and results but was instructed to choose another physician to handle my medical needs. Like WOW! I went to the office picked up my results and check, came home and used google to diagnose my issues. I was upset to learn I had a medical condition that should have been addressed with medication. Needless to say, I found me a more capable and professional Dr's office. I would not recommend this office to my enemy!
