Mi hija lleva desde Mayo de este año 2022, hasta ahora no he tenido quejas de mal gusto o temas en donde me tengo que quejar en contra de mi hija o de el trato hacia ella . He tenido muy buena comunicación con los terapistas y el personal de My BA therapy center. Mi hija no hablaba, mi hija me daba y se daba a ella misma tenía un comportamiento no muy bueno y Gracias primeramente a Dios y luego a este centro. Mi niña que va para 4 años Comenzó hablar, no mantiene una conversación pero dice palabras, canta, está más enfocada, obedece más ya no me agrede ni a ella misma tampoco y he visto mejoría en muchas áreas . Estoy agradecida porque trate en otros centros no se dio pero aquí mi niña pudo entrar que de una vez a provecho a darle gracias a Mariela la que era la secretaria que gracias a ella mi hija está cogiendo terapias De ABA y le está haciendo más que bien . Gracias a todo el personal de My BA Therapy por su esfuerzo, dedicación y amor por nuestros niños.

Update: * My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years now and we can’t believe the progress she has made. She began as non verbal and is now fully speaking and ready to graduate and start vpk. They worked to find the right RBTs that worked best for her and I am so thankful for this place. They have great activities for fun and learning, themed dress up days, birthday parties, water slides, arts and crafts, a playground… my daughter loves waking up early just to run inside with the biggest smile on her face. It’s updated, clean, I have gotten to know all of the staff and Chrissy has been amazing developing plans to reach higher goals. Listening to them about the methods they use is extremely important and making sure to follow through with the same practices at home is needed to help your child. I promise you will see a change! Also, I don’t understand the reviews of unanswered phone calls because after 2 years I can say that many calls have been made and they are always answered. Minerva at the front desk has been amazing with being flexible with her scheduling and is just the best. Love Danielle and Lexi who work with my daughter every day. I can’t say enough great things about this place and we are going to miss it just as much as my daughter. Thank you to everyone for all that you have done and I hope you get the chance to send your child here and be able to watch them grow. Patience is needed as your child is in a new environment but I promise with time and the support you receive you will see a positive difference in your child. So incredibly happy and grateful for all that they have done!

My daughter loves being here she looks forward to going to therapy even ask to come on the weekend's. My daughter was non verbal when she entered now she says sentences. I love Gloria in the front she really helped me through the whole enrollment process and is someone I can talk to about any questions or concerns. The RBTs are very supportive and go above and beyond to ensure the best quality for the kiddos. My favorites are Jennifer and Siannah my daughter and I love them. We appreciate everything the center has done so far and excited for what the future holds.
