I broke my ankle 12/13/24 & all the staff has been extremely helpful and nice during every visit!! Today was my last visit 03/13/24…. I’m going to miss Dr. Christoper Reb , HE IS THE BEST. He helped me to a speedy recovery. I love this VA Facility ❤️❤️❤️

I managed to get a cyst on my left wrist which I was referred from Tallahassee va to plastic in Gainesville. Drove the three hours to Gainesville just to be told by plastic that I had to have a MRI.two months now, after MRI, waiting another month for neurology. The looks like another two months to get back to plastic for removal. Mr Collins states they are going to get things done in a timely manner. Even for the government six months isn't a timely thing. It seems everyone is just pushing it off on a different department. I use to trust the va for my medical needs,but it's seem to gone to the crapper. Elon and Mr Collins need to look at these places with a little more concern.

Due to work I missed two phone calls from them, didn’t leave me a message about why they called, I had to call and speak to the operator and gave me the run around and finally found out it was community care trying to reach me for my appointment….but I would have never known cause they didn’t leave any type of messages for me I.e voice mail or email…. This has happened more than once, like the VA HIRES PEOPLE WHO DON’T CARE ABOUT VETERANS. Why work if you don’t wanna do your job and help veterans out. Again this has also happened before in the past, lazy workers. Not hard to leave a message in why you called so the veteran can be informed.

The way that this VA hospital failed to support Jordan Hunkin By holding him against his will for days. They misused the "Baker Act" which directly led to his suicide 6 days after his release according to his best friend! The entire executive staff that allows this to continue to happen needs to be fired and held accountable.

Don't go here unless you really wanna die. All staff are just inconsiderate and very rude. I got cussed out. totally un called for. I will post on all social media on how horrible this place is. PLEASE DONT TAKE A LOVED ONE HERE! this hospital is a dump literally and figuratively.

New undate: 2-14-25 DOGE NEEDS TO COME TO MALCOLM RANDALL THEY ARE WASTING MONEY Update: 1-27-25 COMMUNITY CARE NEEDS TO BE ABOMISHED,ALL THEY ARE DOING IS SUCKING UP A PAYCHECK !!!! I could give them 0 stars I would.This place is a joke..I wouldn't even let my animals be treated by them.With that being said,it has been 1 year 2 months since my husband had a Blood clot and I took him to SHANDS AT UF. October 2023 the Shands doctor requested that my be seen by Neurosurgery..AND STILL WE HAVE NO APPOINTMENT WITH SHANDS FROM COMMUNITY CARE..THEY KEEP DENYING HIM TO GO TO SHANDS. THE MISSIONS ACT SAYS THE VETERAN HAS 28 TO BE SEEN BY A PHYSICIAN AND WE ARE NOW 10 MONTHS AND NO CARE FROM THE VA 😡 IF YOU VALUE YOUR VETERANS LIFE GET THEM OUT OF THE VA ..

Dr Caputa pulled 2 of my teeth on 9 November 2022. He numbed my mouth real good. I didn't feel any pain when he pulled them out. Dr. Caputa sewed the holes up. I recommend all Veterans to come see Dr. Caputa.On 24 August, 2022, Dr Timothy Campbell examined my teeth at the Malcolm Randall Veteran Hospital. I was very impressed with his compassion and patience with me. I want to see more Doctors like him. I would like to thank him for his excellent service to Veterans. On Monday (8/29/22) I had a scheduled Dental appointment Dr. Sanabria and her dental assistant Mrs Darlene did a outstanding job repairing crack tooth. I can now smile with confidence once again. Thank you VA for having such professional and caring personal. 👍
