My doctor is great, but trying to get lab work done is hard. I don't work on post, so I have to take off work for appointments. I lose pay when I have to take off work, which is acceptable when I can plan ahead. To show up at the clinic during hours that the Lab is supposed to be open but it is closed is frustrating.

The quality of care and service my family receives at Linden Oaks is amazing. The medical providers and support staff work hard to provide the best care in a timely manner. They are professional, patient with questions, and go out of their way to get you the care and treatment you need. Wait times for appointments may be longer than ideal, but likely due to provider shortages across the medical field. Planning ahead for routine care, using off-post urgent care clinics, or Womack’s Fast Clinic are a tremendous help when we are unable to get in for more urgent needs. THANK YOU LOMH for providing great care to our military and veteran communities.

I receive good medical care here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy and its staff are always quick to take care of my medications. The nurses are phenomenal and kind!! The doctors are caring and take the time to address my concerns. The lab has hours that meet my needs. This medical office is able to handle the all of my basic care with the exception of radiology. I highly recommend this medical office.

Worst care you can get. Always rude and talks over you. They get mad at you then make you feel stupid when their system messes up and it's not your fault. Don't believe them when they say they'll call you back, they NEVER do.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I ignored all the negative reviews when I first started coming here in hopes that maybe they had a single bad experience. Now having been a patient here for over a year and I am DONE!!! I have never had such terrible medical care, if you could even call it that. The experience is always so stressful when dealing with this place from the rude front desk staff to the incompetent physician assistant “doctor” who would see me at my appointments. I’ve called and left voicemails for them to call me back for multiple failed referrals and having my prescription sent there automatically when I wanted it sent to WOMACK outpatient. It’s been over a week and no one has called me back. I showed up today to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy was closed and my prescription needed to be picked up by today. Wish I would have received a call to let me know this since I requested this info via voicemail. I would not recommend this place to even the healthiest of people. Their lack of care will endanger you and probably cause issues with your health that could have been avoided.

Appt is 0835 check in 20 minutes early. Don’t see doctor till 0930. Wait another 30 minutes for lab to be done. Only one person in front of me for that. Front desk person told me I was way early. I was only 25 minutes late being called back. I guess an appointment is an all morning thing there.
