1st time having a CT scan with contrast and the experience was very good. At first, it was very easy to make an appointment by phone. The staff is very friendly and nice. I was very nervous and the assistant ,who placed my IV, was very kind and empathetic, she made me feel better, then the technician explained to me what the procedure would be like, it was faster than I expected and less scary. The office is very nice and clean.
1ra vez haciendome una tomografía computarizada con contraste y la experiencia fue muy buena. Primeramente fue muy fácil sacar una cita por teléfono.El staff es muy amable. Yo estaba muy nerviosa y la asistente que colocò mi IV fue muy amable y empàtica ,ella me hizo sentir mejor, luego el técnico me explicó como serìa el procedimiento, fue màs rápido de lo que yo esperaba y menos scary. La oficina muy bonita y limpia.

I had a great experience with Inverness medical imaging. My doctor forgot to send my referral, I didn't have my insurance card, but their front office staff , specifically Angela and Chrissy, were more than helpful in me getting it and getting me seen and registered within 15 minutes. They are so polite and smiles all around. Lauren helped me with my X-ray and was professional and extremely courteous and informative. Thank you very much for your great service team. This place is incredible! Every staff member is efficient, competent, timely, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! Had a bone density with Shirley and cat scan with Lizzy, was in and out in half hour. That’s after check in/copay process with a sweet receptionist. They run an extremely well-oiled machine. Thanks to everyone!

I am new to the area and my doctor referred me to Inverness Medical Imaging. As soon as I entered the office and was greeted by the friendly staff, I knew that I was going to feel comfortable there. I had a mammogram as well as a Dexa scan and they were able to schedule both appointments together so that I did not need to come back. I really appreciated that and the technician performing my tests was super nice and seemed to be very competent. I got my results quickly too. I would definitely recommend Inverness for any imaging needs.

Hope everybody else has better luck than I did. They canceled my appointment the day before saying they didn’t have authorization when authorization number was on it and evidently they didn’t see it. I needed to go back to work and they wanted to try to push it out two more weeks, I just told him to forget about it. I normally don’t write reviews cause I think they’re worthless but this one cost me money and time. I’m sure the actual nurses and doctors inside are nice good people. Just seems like the ones that do the scheduling and authorizing things are the incompetent ones.

My visit was great! I checked in at desk, got a cup of coffee and Nicole called me up to complete my paperwork. Started my coffee and Lauren called me back for my x-ray. Done with that and I still have most of my coffee, still hot. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, courteous and was caring about what I needed, and I was done before my coffee was cold! Great Job!

Not sure if this is a copy of Yelp or if Google pulls them in but this is my Horrid store of this place, avoid.
So was sent here to get a CT Score done. Was told that my Insurance didn't cover it and I would have to pay. Then when I get home it was a approved for another facility. Not only that I got the letter with the approval. When I reached out to them with my wife who works in a Hospital billing department, the advised it is too late. This place is corrupt and and inept. Avoid at all costs. I will never go back to this place.
If I could give 0 starts I would, they are uninformed, uneducated and unprofessional.
Your care and wellbeing is an after thought. LIke a non-consideration
