He leído todo los comentarios , es verdad que la lista de espera es larga , a mí me digeron que 1 año para las terapias de habla , pero en menos de un mes llamaron , señores el interesado es uno como padre si no responden el teléfono , ballan directamente a la clínica como mismo hice yo e insistan el que persebera Triunfa , mi hija lleva 4 meses ay y la verdad es estoy muy feliz con los resultados y el avance , el persona es muy bueno tanto las muchachas del frente como las terapeutas

"I had hoped for a great experience and the best care for my daughter, but unfortunately, my encounter with Provider Elizabeth was extremely disappointing. She displayed a poor attitude, was unwilling to answer my questions, and even went so far as to call me ‘annoying’ for simply seeking information about my child’s care. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a pediatric setting. Based on my experience, I strongly believe she is not suited to work with children and would not recommend her to other parents."

They need all new office staff trained in customer service. The secretaries/front office/whatever you want to call them are unfriendly and after 1 visit, I'd never go back.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!! Well, I have so many bad things to talk about this place THAT I don't know where to start.
My son was diagnosed with autismo level 2 for Dr Gaspar on 2022 at TMG group, and because I just want to follow up with the same doctor I try to book at ackreman center , where he actually works, it took me 2 years to get his first follow up since his first diagnosed with was scheduled for November 2024 but they canceled after all this time and was moved until January 2025.
—They a-signed me Elizabeth Wilkes, (pediatric nurse practitioner) for my appointment when I request doctor Gaspar (very unprofessional)
— since we were waiting for Gaspar, she stepped into the room without saying I am NURSE… and I will do the evaluation for your son, she just sat down and started asking question to us (parents) she did not even ask 1 question to my son (he is verbal)
—- she did not spend more than 15 min in the room when she just decided to be done with the evaluation.
—— we where still thinking we will see Dr. Gaspar after she was done, but NOPE, that's was it, after all this time, this poor, unprofessional and mediocre evaluation I will tell you as a parent to RUN AWAY FROM ACKREMAN CENTER, look for a better option, with a healthy embiroment and someone who really cares about our special needs kid, all the people who work in this center represent doctor Gaspar and if he doesn't know what's going on with the people who is hanging his name, he is loosing Client, money and value as Doctor.
