I am deeply concerned about the lack of respect for patient confidentiality at this clinic. Specifically, the clinic violated HIPAA regulations by disclosing sensitive medical information to a third party without the patient’s consent.

This breach of privacy is a serious violation of federal law, and it's alarming that a medical practice would fail to uphold the basic principles of patient confidentiality. HIPAA is in place to protect patients' rights, and this incident calls into question the clinic’s commitment to maintaining proper privacy standards.

As a result of this violation, I will be pursuing a formal report to the Department of Health and Human Services and will be considering legal action. I hope that the clinic takes this matter seriously and takes immediate steps to prevent similar violations in the future.

Please be cautious when choosing this healthcare provider if you value your privacy and the protection of your personal health information.

They give me appointment for 6 month checkup only to call the day before (Thursday call Friday appointment) To reschedule for Monday. I Arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment see many people waiting who look tired of waiting. Wait one hour to be told your next, but not how much longer I have to wait ? Explain I had appointment for Friday then I'm told rescheduled because Doctor was on VACATION you got to be kidding me..... office help is not friendly or competent. Not first time but, definitely LAST time

Awesome doctor! Dr. Garcia is efficient and on point. He has been my primary for several years and is caring and extremely knowledgeable. I like being able to have a doctor who is always willing to listen and give me input. He works hard to keep up with the latest medical advances. I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia as a primary care provider. This doctor is truly exceptional!

I just called this place to establish a new patient for myself and my kids after moving from NY and the receptionist was beyond rude and short with me even though I voiced my reason for calling at first contact. I immediately am informed in an annoyed voice that he will not subscribe prescribe narcotics (ok not looking for any) and he has an opening Monday at 1030. Did I miss something? Only information asked was "what insurance do you have?" I was recommended this place by a coworker who also has children and loves this dr but if this is how he allows his receptionist be on a Friday morning at 1/2 hr after opening, no thanks. (And everyone thinks new Yorkers are rude)

Saw Dr. Garcia as his building was under construction, and the change is beautiful. He listens to his patients and cares for their concerns. He was a breath of fresh air after some of the others I had seen recently and helped me regain my ability to function.

If this person is the "hospitalist" at the hospital you are in please tell them you want a new doctor immediately. He will dedicate 2 minutes a day to the patient and ignore important signs. It is disheartening that this is the medical care that was provided. I thought all Dr's go by the Hippocractic Oath? Apparently not.

Dr Garcia is a great Dr, he actually cares. He is on top of problems. My husband didn't have a family dr. Well he had an episode of chest pain he took him in as new patient.
I been here and he has charisma and isn't a stuck
up dr. You may see him at Walmart and he will stop and shake your hand.

I found Dr. Garcia to be very knowledgable. Frankly, after moving here from a large city with several hospitals and probably a couple of hundred doctors I didn't really know what to expect heathcare-wise in a small town. Finding Dr. Garcia was a pleasant surprise
