Absolutely will never come here again. Front desk lady couldn’t figure out how to check me in so I watched 3 individuals get seen before me.

Son was tested elsewhere for strep and came back positive. My throat is now red and inflamed and I was tested and found negative despite Dr stating it could be a false positive. So after 2 hours and red inflamed throat and son with strep I walked away with no antibiotics. Ridiculous!

First available appt they had was an office one hour away from me, or I would have to wait 10-12 months. So I took it due to chronic joint pain I’ve had for years. I get there 20 minutes before my appt and check in. I waited close to one hour before I was finally called back into a room. Waited another 20 minutes to be seen.
Dr.Gonzalez comes in, seems caring. I explain my issues in great detail only to be told there’s nothing he can do and that my chronic joint pain I’ve had for years is “normal aching”. I wasted $80, hours of my day of waiting and driving. To essentially be recommended ibuprofen. That my daily, chronic pain is “normal”. When I asked “Why is it daily with no relief?” He did not give me an answer. I was given a script for bloodwork and sent on my way within 5 minutes.

My wife needed information for the test that they had us take home. Three times today we have tried three different phone numbers to contact someone to reveal some clarity on what we needed to do. Two of the times she spent 15 minutes to be number four in line. I called the switchboard to complain. They said they would connect us and for the next 20 minutes my wife sat on hold being number two in line. This is no way to treat patients so we will go forward using our own decision process. We dare them to say anything about it .

My experience so far has been INCREDIBLE! This was my 3rd visit at Zephyrhills location. I have seen Dr Gonzalez Paoli and his NP Nadine. Love em both. Caring..super informative...they literally did research on my issues in between visits to make sure they could put me on less medications. Conservative approach because I have many issues. I am already having success! I feel HEARD and cared for. Absolutely in love with Nadine!!! Feel SO GRATEFUL!!! The knowledge this woman has is insane! Oh and seeing Debbie H at the front counter when I get there is like pure sunshine! She is super professional..yet soo friendly and thorough. These are DEFINITELY my people!!! I am SO THANKFUL!!

I bring my Mother (84) up here for her rheumatologist. She has now been waiting over a hour and a half to be seen. This is ridiculous! Especially since he could have easily called or FaceTimed her!
