I have been going to this doctor for close to a year. My experience has been at best “ poor”. From the appointment setters to the owner, Dr. O, it is the worse ran office I e ever been to. They will make you wait hrs in the waiting room, even though your appointment is a certain time. The office in Charlotte, reminds you of something out if a horror movie. Old equipment, out dated computers to the office space is sketchy. I’m not sure that Dr. O is a real doctor as he proclaims to be. Not diploma on the wall, no certification, nothing. Very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 9 am on a weekday and when I arrived, there was a note on the door for ALL patients, that the provider would not. E in and everyone had to reschedule. Dr. O had a nurse seeing all the patients and she must have quit because she was running the office and doing all the work but not getting paid by this so called doctor. He will take your insurance and see what it will cover and then he will bill that insurance company everything he can to maximize his pay per patient. I would never go back to this scam. That us what this is, it’s a SCAM in my opinion.

My daughter was a patient of Bebe and had an amazing experience. The only reason I allowed my daughter to be treated here was because I knew Bebe (who unfortunately left over the summer).

However, she was referred to Queen City Gastroenterology & Hepatology (October 20, 2023), and we ended up having a horrible experience. I must say the cause of the horrible experience is because the specialist office never received my daughter's referral from Faith Medical. I requested a new referral to another practice, and unfortunately, they won't be able to get her in until January 2024. I've called several times to speak with Office Manager and haven't gotten a return call and get left on hold so now I'm not interested in speaking with anyone from this practice as my daughter will never return.

I'm updating my review on 10/25/23 7:25 pm. This is just as disappointing as not being able to be seen by specialist on Friday at 1 pm.

I love this practice. Doctor O is so compassionate, kind, understanding and simply a genius at what he does. His PA, Abebe makes it so easy to go.I feel like she is my friend. She listens and helps greatly.. I love that they are so understanding and patient with me.. From the front desk to the nurses, it is simply a joy to go. The most important thing I need is patience and they show it and let me know they are on my side

I have been a patient of Dr. O for almost a year now.
This is by far the most genuine doctor and staff I've ever experienced. I even take my son here now and he feels very comfortable. It was a blessing finding Faith Medical Center!! Highly recommend.

I started attending Faith Medical through a pain management referral from my primary care doctor. I have had nothing but bad experiences with pm, that is until I began to be treated by Ambrosha. Since my very first visit she has listened intently to my concerns and requests, and doesn’t treat me like someone who just wants pain medication thrown at them. All of the staff are warm and inviting, and Rodney does an AMAZING job helping the office run smoothly. I am so glad that my dr sent me here, finally after many long years my pain is now under control.
