I recently attended a group hypnotherapy session at Evolution Empowerment Center, and it was an incredibly enlightening experience. The space itself was calm and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation and introspection. The facilitator was knowledgeable and professional, guiding the group through each step with clarity and confidence. I felt deeply relaxed and, surprisingly, very connected to the group despite the personal nature of the experience. Definetly recommend AK sessions with Nancy!

For the longest time I felt depressed about not being able to control my emotional & physical health but Nancy’s AK session & other services have made me feel more in control of my personal well-being.
After my first AK session I immediately noticed relief from bloating & upset stomach - we were able to figure out the root cause & since then I have been relieved from the bothersome symptoms. I immediately noticed improved sleep, better focus, & clear thinking. Nancy is amazing at her work & gives her full devotion & attention to each client!
