I noticed Dr. Gonino had a 3.8 and wanted to come to see what people were claiming was so awful, bc my personal experiences with this place was nothing short of LIFE CHANGING!! after reading these negative reviews, I can say this.... please DO NOT ALLOW someone else's PERCEPTION of good or bad in their medical situation keep you from trying him YOURSELF!! People's expectations most times do not align with reality(not their own personal reality) and usually 100% of the time, they do NOT follow the protocol, chose to mix his with big pharma etc, even one review said she could no longer drive to him bc of her current cancer treatments! Well everyone knows chemo is deadly, and there's no one or nothing that's going to fix you ACTIVELY POISONING YOURSELF, AND THEN BLAMING HIM bx his treatments "don't work" and a lot more of these are more related to their idea of personal care. Well no offense, not you get NONE OF WHAT THESE BAD REVIEWS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT WITH TRADITIONAL MEDICINE! So stop expecting SO MUCH MORE OF HIM AND THEIR OFFICE, that you NEVER got with regular medical care. On my journey to true health, there's one question I recently learned to ask of all people who came to me for help, that's this: anyone looking for Healing must be asked "are you willing/ ready to stop/ give up all habits, lifestyles, food, addictions, etc that's currently making you sick permanently?" Most people want to FEEL GOOD, WITHOUT CHANGING ANY OF THEIR terrible habits that have brought about this disease. I give dr gonino credit with not only SAVING MY LIFE, but helping me to reach a level of health and happiness that I had never ever had in my whole 44 years on this earth. There's no words to truly describe the help he offered, and how unbelievable successful it is!!! My heart goes out to all who are sick and suffering, and to those who do not feel that he helped them. However, it's truly terrible if these reviews prevent someone from trying this, bc it could be the exact person they need. True health takes discipline, and consistency. I pray to God that all of those who need Healing will take the time to at least meet with him. Natural is by far the best way to go, bx our lief human bodies are the most magnificent design ever with the capacity is Healing ourselves in ways that seem impossible or are miracles. Your state of mind and
subconscious beliefs play more of a role than anything else. Anyway... all my thanks and love ❤️ to Dr. Gonino, and all his staff and nurses at his center. Yall are truly the best!!

Good luck getting your prescription filled.

- Front desk moves at a snails pace, doesn’t return emails.. never answers the phone.. doesn’t return voicemails.
- Office “closes at 5” yet the phones shut off at 430… ?
- They will charge you $200 if you’re late to your appointment…. But will leave have you sitting in the waiting room for 2+ hours waiting ON THEM… and then still charge you the full visit amount bc only their time is important, I guess.
- doctor g is nice - but has the same program default for everyone. They will recommend a thousand dollars in vitamin’s & supplements to buy from them direct .. IV treatments, coffee enemas & classes they want you to attend at their facility. None of which are tailored to you specifically… bc the person who recommended me to this place got the exact same recommendations lol. Seems more like a way to get extra thousands out of the clients they don’t prioritize anyways.

Anyways. That’s all. I’m irritated I sent a email two days ago with no response and called at 430 today, bc I also have a job .. and they were closed early.

Dr G is a very friendly DO and his staff is also very friendly and caring. The front desk has been lacking at times but overall I give them credit. My wife has stg 4 pancreatic, lung and liver cancer and has been a walking miracle for over 3 years using natural/holistic treatments. We were hoping after hear great things about Dr G she would get even better results.
The truth is - she got worse. I feel the high cost IV treatments were not productive.
It seemed like each visit became an upsell of what we were told the appt would intel. His service was covered by Medicare but the treatments were all out of pocket.
He then prescribed mistletoe shots at $600 a set of 14 home shots. She made it through 7 shots before the side effects were too much for her and stopped.
Dr G works off a lot of positive patient testimonies and he is scripturally sound on what he believes in healing.
My biggest issue with his office is after 30 yrs in practice, patients shouldn’t have to leave messages to get answers with few if any timely responses. My wife walked into his office in the beginning and now on full hospice care. Not once has anyone from his office called to check on her and ask why she canceled her followup appt about the mistletoe treatments. For a wellness center promoting care - they’ve missed the mark by a long shot. You better have some money saved up - it’s not a low cost clinic.
Update: My wife passed away on December 13, 2024. We believe (she was a 40 yr Nurse) it was the mistletoe treatments that accelerated her decline.
They finally called after her death because she missed her last appt. to find out she passed. Today, 2 months later, we got a bill for $30 they forgot to charge her for in office on her last visit when they charged her CC for the mistletoe. They might be good for wellness therapy, but I personally think they found a money maker in sickness care and not at their best.
Be careful and aware if you’re sick. It can get very costly attending here.

Wanted to share the great news after visiting the Gonino Center. From the warm welcome from the Receptionist to Shellie, Sandy, Niki, Ms Brown and the remaining staff, immediately could tell I was at the right place for the first time in many years. Dr. Gonino is top notch. Heaven-sent and a living disciple of how a wellness Provider should be with his patients. Dr Gonino took more time with me than any other Provider whom I had ever visited. He relayed the medical information down to terms which I understood; moreover, he developed an ongoing plan which let me know he was all in for the success of my health. After the first visit, I know Dr Gonino is the Coach I have needed for a long time. Special thanks to Dr Gonino and his entire staff. I so appreciate the warmth and care presented to me.

I paid into the IV bank here, but my husband and I both decided that due to my extensive cancer treatments, I wasn’t well enough to do the long drive to get my IVs done at Gonino. We have been trying to ask them about a refund for the IV bank (over $800) I paid for ahead of time, and after hearing back once a month ago that they would get me an answer, they won’t return my emails or phone calls. My last option is to leave a one star review here, I hate to do that to a business, but Gonino’s customer service is abysmal. I am a stage III cancer patient who has limited time and energy, and I’m having to expend both (as well as the emotional burden of this hanging over my head), and after five weeks have not had the courtesy of a call or email back.

My wife and I were patients at Gonino Center For Healing for a long time. I was at first skeptical of the center because they push for many many tests as most who have been there already know, but as I was sick of regular medicine I was going to try anything. After all the tests we both were told we had various medical ailments. Thus needing to be provided IVs along the way. We saw our blood and boy was it bad, according to them. They were readily available to sell most of their products. At an inflated price. We bought it all hook line and sinker. And as many will contest they are not covered by insurance so it's all out of pocket. Again being sick of the regular medical system this was seemingly our last option. As you can probably guess after many months of treatment/IVs and thousands of dollars neither of us got any better. And to boot after about a year of not seeing them they had the audacity to say I didn't pay them, and send bills to me through email. I'm honestly not sure how they stay in practice other than maybe gullible people who just want to be helped. (We were those people). If you are tired of the modern medical system and want a change, don't go here. It's just a different side of the same coin. They still prescribe pills. They still charge way more than a human should ever be charged. They are Wolves in Sheep's clothing. And they know it. But they are good at what they do so they will continue to do so until they are shut down. Do yourself a favor and find a better place. Unfortunately, there aren't many around DFW area.

I have sent handfuls of friends, family and colleagues over the years. Dr G loves and cares for his patients as family. His protocols and lifestyle he promotes WILL make a difference if you follow it. Those that say his treatments “didn’t work” I don’t believe followed his lifestyle and protocol the way he advises. I love that he is humble and can integrate both western and functional medicine where he sees fit. He’s not prescribing a magical medication to cure all your illness and disease, he’s creating a healthier more stable foundation of a human body/immune system to be better able to combat. You can’t regret making these lifestyle choices/changes. Your expectations need to be that of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual healing so you have the power within you to HEAL. It’s an all or nothing kind of mindset - you’re in our you’re out. Excuses don’t get us anywhere but in a negative stressful unhealed state of mind. If you’re READY to change and let go of old patterns, mindsets and lifestyles, you need his guidance and that of the Holy Spirit within him! From our family - thank you for being hope when the world and traditional medicine has given us nothing but a prescription.
