I wish I could give them 10 stars. Ray, Preston, Cody and Dalton did exceptional work. And we needed A Lot done. If you’re seeing before and after pics on this site, it’s likely my house. They expertly lifted 3 dropped floors (one of which was rotted wood and had to be torn out completely) installed a sump pump with a floating switch and a French drain then replaced the sub floor. They completed the work in 4 days. Remarkable. Crawlspace Medic was one of three companies I received quotes from. CM’s quote included Everything the others did while offering the best and most reasonable price. And the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I cannot emphasis enough what good business that is. Aside from all of that they were really lovely people. This could have been overwhelmingly stressful and instead it was my daily relief. They literally and metaphorically lifted me up.
10/10. 5 stars. I hope to never need this service again but if I do, Crawlspace Medic of Savannah will be who I call.

Ray and Logan did a fantastic job on the crawl space! We really needed help getting the humidity under control for our floors and the gave us exactly what we needed at a great price. I could take a nap down there now it’s so nice.

Crawlspace medic has been fantastic to work with! They took us from a flooded stinky moldy crawlspace to one that drains properly and is no longer a hazard hanging out under our house. They were really well priced, worked with me and all my special requests (I'm picky about how things are done... sorry, not sorry), and figured out a solution we could tackle in stages vs trying to go for full encapsulation off the bat. The other companies in the area we contacted only wanted to sell a full encapsulation, and weren't willing to work with us and our budget. Everyone was safety focused, very respectful of our property, and did an excellent job. Logan, Ray, Izzy, Pretson, and Dalton - you guys have been fantastic! Well done!

I called Crawlspace Medic after having some issues with raccoons and other animals making a mess of my crawlspace. Logan came out and provided a detailed estimate to repair damaged insulation as well as enclose the entire space with a wire net behind the lattice to keep the critters out. The price was reasonable so we went ahead with the job. Gaije and Lauray completed the job in a day and a half. They worked very hard, maintained excellent communication with me while performing the work and left my crawlspace clean and nicely enclosed. Lots of photos were provided before and after so that I could see what we were dealing with without crawling under the house myself. I would highly recommend the professionals at Crawlspace Medic and will certainly use them in the future.

We got quotes from four different companies and we're so glad we went with Crawlspace Medic. Logan and his crew are incredible -- great service, excellent work, quick turnaround, clear communication and fair pricing. Crawlspaces are their focus and they know what they're doing. We ended up needing one less part than originally estimated, they adjusted the invoice accordingly and we saved a couple hundred bucks. Especially for work that's under the house, invisible to us and totally out of our wheelhouse, the stakes felt high and we really appreciated Logan's honesty and communication. He also came out once the job was done to go back under the house and check his crew's work. We highly recommend Crawlspace Medic and Logan -- such a great experience!

I hired them to install a vapor barrier and insulation in my crawlspace. My crawlspace is 10-12 inches so it's pretty tight. I am glad they took the job in the first place and got the job done in the end, however they had to come out 2 more times to get it done right. The first 2 times the insulation was installed barrier side facing out instead of inside the home, and the plastic vapor barrier was not sealed around the pillars. In the end the customer service was great, everything was corrected as far I knew.

2 years update: I had problems with my subfloor because they didn't tell me that the insulation would absorbed moisture and rot my subfloor. So now I'm having another company come and fix their problem because they refused to accept it was their insulation that caused the issue despite photo evidence and having an HVAC company say it wasn't a leak. They said they would fix it for free, but they kept pushing the date back and eventually ghosted me. Terrible company, terrible customer service, look elsewhere. I included new photos of the insulation after 2 years, and the hole it left in my bedroom floor.
