After the Covid horrorshow, I’ve checked out of the medical-industrial complex and am delighted to be working with Carola, my first experience with naturopathy. We’ve had four consultations and several thermographies, and her advice and insights are always spot on. With annual blood work and some in-home testing in-between, with Carola’s support all of the results have improved, sometimes dramatically, due to her recommended supplements and other lifestyle issues (such as Vit D boosting via sunbathing). Just wanted to add an update almost two years after starting our homeopathic treatment at Balance Into Health. I had been carrying 15 extra pounds for almost 20 years. During that time I developed a series of illnesses that started being minor and grew to really serious. I used to see traditional physicians at least once a year and followed most of their recommendations. The required number of visits also grew in frequency. Last year I was seeing the doc quarterly. When I started taking pills to protect my kidneys from the pills I was taking for the other illnesses, I realized that I was on a vicious cycle that was only going to get worst.
