I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is frustrated with traditional health care. I was tired of traditional pediatric offices. This was my first time hearing about Ozone treatment and acupuncture when I went to this clinic ..

So, I decided to get the Ozone treatment for 10 days. During these days the doctor was very professional. She was checking me during my treatment which made me feel safe. She always has alternative ideas to try as well as traditional western medicine options too, of course. She truly, truly listens and never makes you feel rushed during your appointments. I can chat with her for a long time and she is so patient and kind. You can tell she genuinely wants to help people feel their best and does it with such ease. Definitely coming back 100%%%%%

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience from today. I came in for a cupping therapy session, but things went downhill from the moment I arrived. First, the therapist was late, and when she finally showed up, she was not only unprofessional but rude as well. While telling me how to position myself, she seemed rushed and impatient, which immediately made me uncomfortable.

When I accidentally lay down the wrong way, she asked if I had slept the night before, as if I wasn’t paying attention. I was really surprised by that comment—it felt unnecessary. I started gathering my things to leave because it honestly wasn’t that serious, and I was ready to just call my bank and request a refund. She then tried to explain that her attitude was “part of the therapy,” but even if that’s true, there’s no excuse for speaking to someone that way.

Honestly, the first red flag was when I had to call just to get into the building because the door was locked for my appointment. That should’ve been a sign. I’m genuinely surprised this place has so many 5-star reviews, because based on my experience, the customer service was far from it. Unfortunately, I’d have to give this a 1-star review.

Wow. Thats all I have to say. I have never received such terrible customer service in my life.

This place looks absolutely shady and the people that we spoke to were shockingly rude.

My wife had been interested in acupuncture for a while, so we drove by to see the facility and ask about services.

The red flags started piling up immediately.

The door was locked, and they would not let us in. The front door was littered with construction equipment that appeared to have been left there for quite some time. We called and immediately got a response, but they would not allow us inside to see that facilities. They just said “you’re outside the building, you can see everything you need to see.” with a defiant tone that frankly left me speechless.

When we asked if they could explain their services, her only response was “just book online, and then you can come inside.”

We politely declined and said that we will have to think about it. But they didn’t stop.

They kept texting my wife and telling her to book online. Whenever we said that weren’t comfortable here, they just responded “well, nobody is forcing you to book here.”

What kind of people work here? This whole experience was just shocking.

I am truly amazed. I have been having shoulder pain and neck pain for months. Using topicals, NSAID, stretching, massage, new pillows…. and literally one session and my pain is gone. I’ve never done acupuncture for pain, only insomnia, and man i wish i would’ve done it sooner! I would highly recommend this practice
