I just had a telehealth meeting with the doctor and it all went so smoothly. It was not really necessary for me to go into the office to get quality care. Even hooking up to the meeting was simple. I just had to tap on a text message and I was face to face with the doctor.

This is re the phone system there. They will not allow a patient to have access to anyone who will hear the concerns, let alone help them. There is no return on patient requests going through all the proper Channels & becoming desperate for what they just saw the dr for that was not accomplished. It’s very sad they are deaf to the patients needs no matter what the patient does to simply n get the need met they came to office for.

Dr. Zeidan and all the staff here are wonderful! My son has a brain injury and we have had a hard time finding a compassionate doctor, but now we have one!

Dr. Bhaduri-Hauck is a wonderful physician. She is caring, gentle, explains everything, answers my questions, respects my knowledge and she does not shame me for things I struggle with - she gently guides me with my health care. I used to dread appointments due to feelings of shame - weight, etc. I feel safe sharing everything with her. There has been an improvement in staff overall related to kindness and helpfulness.

Dr. Zeidan and his assistant Sabina are such a pleasure to work with. Great demeanor towards their patients. I don’t know if I could find such a great team.

I love my doctor here, but it's practically impossible to get pharmacy refills to be processed. My pharmacy has to fax multiple requests for refill.... which are apparently ignored. Invariably, I have to call their office, negotiate thru auto attendant just to leave a voice mail. Then, it takes another day or two to contact me. I've run out of medication several times now.
