My son was seen today by dr. Gonzalez, he was very thorough and professional, he established a great rapport with myself and my son and addressed all my concerns. I can’t remember the male nurse name, but he was also very professional and listened to all my concerns. The lady at the front desk was very nice and kind and had a great customer service attitude. It was very refreshing, encountering medical professionals that listened and actually cared about the patient.

My review is that I had to come to the clinic because they changed the whole system's phone numbers, I asked for the clinic phone number and they gave me the appointment phone number which is 571-802-0394.
This place man , I have to negotiate everything every time, if I need medicine cause I'm running out, I have to make an appointment, I can not talk to the Dr. Nor the nurse, and who new, once I got the appointment, cause I can't be without the medicine, even I told the front desk lady that I can not be without it, I had to threaten that I will go to emergency to get the medicine, then she said that I could get a courtesy refill until my next appointment. Why do I have to be asking people to help and do their job

The two ladies at the front are very nice and polite. The negative review is for the schedule problems, being unprofessional, and not caring at all. Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Daughtrey, get there little early and was told that someone else was scheduled at my appointment time after I was already scheduled. Instead of telling the other person who was scheduled after me to come back at a different time/date, I was the one who was sent home. Extremely unprofessional and shows how little they value their patients. That was an hour round trip. Waste of my time and gas money.

We just PCS’d here to Ft. Stewart and began going to this clinic. All 3 times I’ve had appointments, we’ve waited for over an hour. The first time was an hour, the second was 1.5 hours and my husband is currently waiting in the lobby and just got called back to the room 70 min. past my son’s appointment time, and still hasn’t actually been seen. Please, please, PLEASE hire an appropriate level of staff because this is an unacceptable level of care. My children are missing so much school because of what this state requires they have, and your clinic can’t keep appropriate appointment times. I also needed my children’s GA specific school forms and they didn’t give me their immunization records when we came the first time. The front desk told me that it was absolutely because my kids weren’t up-to-date on vaccines (aka ‘my fault, not theirs’). Nope, this wasn’t true. 2 out of my 3 were completely up-to-date and my oldest needed 1 vaccine, but I couldn’t even get this info. at the time. It took me 4 visits to this clinic just to get my middle son’s already completed immunization records. I have spent a month dealing with this, and the entire process is harder than any other clinic we have ever been to through Tricare. Extremely disappointed in the lack of quality of care!

Dr. Nunez is amazing but the woman at the front desk is extremely rude she's violates patients privacy by talking extremely loud almost in a purposeful way. She has no interest in helping others I had to go to the supervisor twice. She will just turn you away if you don't make her job easy. All the other front desk ladies were willing to help. And seems like she has a reputation for being rude because I'm not the only one that has come to an unpleasant experience with her.

This place has a high turnover of doctors and hope we get to keep our current one. It's really easy to schedule appointments online and get seen the same day. HUGE kudos to the lady that works in the lab. She was amazing and so nice.

Nurses and doctors are great in my experience. The front desk staff are very friendly to me and my kids. Sadly, one of my favorite nurses is retiring!! My family has loved her, but we wish her the best!

It’s hard to imagine having a health care facility worst than the VA but this clinic is complete trash. I have been begging for an ultrasound for months . My referral never came through tricare . I have been calling the doctors office to set up an appointment but they need an order from the doctor . I am truly disgusted by the service and the health care providers here
